Training System Policies

Payment Policy
All trainings are free to Core Team members of substance abuse prevention programs funded by the New Mexico Office of Substance Abuse Prevention (OSAP). Otherwise, there is a per-workshop tuition fee. If payment is not received 3 business days before the training, registration will be cancelled.
General Registration Policy
You must register at least three business days before the training. In order to have a valid registration, you must officially register and receive a Confirmation/Invoice from Kamama Consulting/NM Prevention Workforce. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 business hours after registering, please call 1-505-333-8240.
Attendance/Cancellation
If you do not attend a workshop, you must cancel at least 5 business days before the training is scheduled to start, or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of the cost of the training. If you have an outstanding balance with the training system, you will not be able to attend other trainings.
Scheduling Changes
Workshops may be cancelled if fewer than the required minimum number of participants register or for unforeseen circumstances/events. Those affected by such an action will be notified as soon as possible after the change has been made.
Certificates & Contact Hours
Certificates of Completion will be provided to participants at the end of the workshop.
